Raindrop Summer Internship was first launched in 2017, offering employees' children the opportunity to intern across the Group.

The programme aims to help participants explore their career paths and discover their potentials by providing on-the-job training, career workshops, industry sharings & visits, and a network of mentors and peers.

Eligible for full-time employees' children currently enrolled in any local/ overseas full-time programme at a tertiary institution. 

*Application is open from mid-February to March annually.
