Headache Relief Tips From Chinese Medicine Practitioners
This April, Kerry Engagement organised a headache relief lunchtime workshop for over 60 colleagues at Kerry Centre. A registered Chinese medicine practitioner was invited to talk about the cause of headaches and how colleagues can reduce the pain through basic acupressure massage. Hopefully, these tips can serve as an immediate and natural remedy over painkillers.
