Inclusive Journey- Community Carnival
Community education and participation are keys to create an inclusive society for people with different abilities and backgrounds. Jigsaw volunteers supported the operations of TREATS's Community Carnival in late July by running games and handcrafts booths together with a group of physically-challenged and mentally-challenged youths. The laughs of the children have melted our volunteers' hearts.
We wish our participation in this meaningful event could help contribute to a more equal, diverse and inclusive society, and also provide a chance for the disadvantaged children and youths to build confidence and expand social networks.
