Family & Wellbeing
The Leftovers Challenge was organised earlier to encourage colleagues to share their creative recipes to turn unwanted food scraps into tasty dishes. All contestants had a chance to compete for the most popular award, voted by all colleagues amongst the Group.
All the creative recipes shared by colleagues have been compiled into a Zero Waste Cookbook, together with an original recipe from Executive Chef, Daniel Cheung from Shang Palace, Kowloon Shangri-La, showcasing a variety of ways to turn waste to taste!
