Volunteering

Winter can be harsh and unforgiving for homeless people living on the streets. With temperature dropping in early December, Kerry Group Jigsaw volunteer team partnered with Society for Community Organization this December to distribute warm clothing and daily necessities to the homeless in Sham Shui Po. 

During the event, the ex-homeless also joined the service and shared their rehabilitation journeys after take part in 'Gas Station for the Homeless', an anti-pandemic and employment scheme supported by the Kerry Group, to help them transition off the streets by developing home repair skills, and joining community services and internships.
