Since 2017, Kerry Group has offered a summer internship programme designed specifically for the tertiary-educated children of our employees in Hong Kong, providing them with an early opportunity to gain hands-on work experience before officially entering the workforce.

The programme features a range of activities, including on-the-job training, career development workshops, mentorship, company visits, and industry sharing sessions.

Through practical exposure, participants are encouraged to explore their interests and strengths, broaden their career horizons, and build a clearer vision for their future development.

Programme Details
- For full-time employees working in companies of Kerry Group Hong Kong
- Employees' children currently enrolled in any local/ overseas full-time programme at a tertiary institution
- Interns may be assigned to work in any of the Group’s companies, regardless of where their parents work
- 8-week paid internship (22 June to 14 August 2026)
- Interview & Result Announcement: April to May 2026
- Application Deadline: 22 March 2026 (SUN)
