Expired eyeshadow doesn't need to go to landfills! Come learn to upcycle old make-up into vibrant watercolors and paint Valentine’s Day card for your loved one.
Kerry Engagement will co-organize this workshop with Coslligraphy - Cosmetics Recycling and Upcycling Programme.
