Hiking is for everyone! We're seeking volunteers who are happy to join members of the visually impaired and hearing impaired from Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society on an easy hiking trail.

You'll help with navigation and enjoy the walk together! Fluent Cantonese and basic hiking experience required.

We will travel together by bus to the starting point at Pok Fu Lam Reservoir, passing through The Peak and Lugard Road, and finally descending via Kotewall Road. The entire route is around 6.8 kilometres, easy with scenic views. Experienced hiking assistants will be accompanying us throughout the event to provide support, so even if it's your first time interacting with them, there's no need to worry about safety.

Meeting & Dismissal Point: Central MTR Station
*To facilitate travel and transfers to other public transport for the visually impaired, we will gather at Central MTR Station and take the bus together to and from the Central MTR Station

Distance: 6.8 km 

Difficulty: Easy - mainly a concrete trail with limited stairs

【Role of the Volunteer】
Walk alongside the visually impaired and hearing impaired with a genuine attitude. Chatting, giving directions, and ensuring safety. Build connections and enjoy the hike together. Must be fluent in Cantonese and physically fit.
