Chronic illness such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugars can be longstanding and hard to manage.

Consult a pharmacist to help understand your medications and interactions between prescribed drugs.

Remarks

-Service is free of charge.
-English and Chinese speakers are welcome.
-Run by registered pharmacists from Health In Action.
-Service hours is subject to the office hours of Health In Action (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, except public holidays). 
-Please expect 1 - 3 working days of response time after the enquiry.
-The enquiry is between the pharmacist and enquirer only, and will be kept confidential.
-Pharmacist may ask about your medical history, age and gender in order to review and give health advice. Enquirer does not need to provide other personal information in advance to enjoy the service. The pharmacist will only ask for personal information based on your service needs such as Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHealth) and will ask for your consent in advance.
