This scholarship provides tuition fee support to the children of Kerry Group employees who demonstrate academic excellence, a commitment to social contribution, and financial need. By focusing on high-potential professional fields and vocational training, the program empowers the next generation to excel in their expertise and emerge as future leaders.
[Eligibility – Employees]
- Currently full-time employees of Kerry Holdings, Kerry Properties, Shangri-La Group or KLN based in Hong Kong
- Minimum of three years of continuous service as of the application deadline
- Demonstrated financial need within the household
[Eligibility – Employees' Children]
- Academic requirements include a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.0/4.0, 3.3/4.3 or above (or equivalent)
- Is currently studying a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in the following designated fields (Local or Overseas):
- Architecture, Real Estate and Engineering
- Hotel, Hospitality and Tourism Management
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration, Accounting and Finance
- Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Rehabilitation and
Health Sciences
- Science, Innovation, Technology and Big Data
Note:
(1) Other vocational and technical programs (e.g.,
Culinary Arts, Maritime Service, etc.) will be
considered on a case-by-case basis.
(2) Applicants currently enrolled in an Associate Degree
or Higher Diploma program must have secured an
admission offer for a Top-up Degree program within
the designated fields for the 2026/27 academic year.

As scholarship quotas are limited, applications will be comprehensively evaluated based on academic performance, extracurricular involvement, career aspiration, and financial need.

- Quota is limited, application does not guarantee approval. The Scholarship Committee reserves the right of final decision on approvals and the funding amount.
- Scholarships are reviewed annually. The evaluation will be based on the child’s academic performance, extracurricular activities, career aspiration, and family financial status.
- Awardees will be invited to apply for the "Raindrop Summer Internship for Kerry Employees' Children," providing opportunities to intern within Kerry Group companies to gain experience and broaden their horizons.
