Content: : This workshop helps colleagues understand herbal tea as an intangible cultural heritage—exploring the cultural stories behind Chinese herbs and their wellness secrets. Colleagues will also craft take-home herbal tea bags using traditional scales to share with their families.

- The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
- Light Lunch will be provided.
- Pregnant women, people with favism, or those with herbal allergies or risk of adverse reactions should not participate.
- If the number of participants exceeds the quota (30 participants per session), we will allocate spots by drawing lots.
