Wet Market Food Rescue
Shek Kip Mei

Don’t waste food, share it instead! We are now looking for volunteers to support People Service Centre "Food Friend Action" project, to collect unsold or donated food from the wet markets at nightfall and deliver them to the low-income families and elderlies in the district.

This initiative is supported by the Kerry Group and the “Environment and Conservation Fund” of the Environmental Protection Department, with the aim to ease the financial burden on low-income households and promote a food wise culture in the community.
