Join the Wet Market Study Tour to help your child understand the 'food-wise' culture! This volunteering event is co-organized by Kerry Engagement and the People Service Centre "Food Friend Action". Participants will collect and distribute unsold or donated food from the wet market to those in need in the community. Through discussions during the event, children will gain a deeper understanding of environmental and poverty issues, learn the importance of reducing food waste, and discover how to minimize waste.
This initiative is supported by the Kerry Group and the “Environment and Conservation Fund” of the Environmental Protection Department, with the aim to ease the financial burden on low-income households and promote a food wise culture in the community.
