As our parents get older, we are the one who take care of them. Looking after your parents can be difficult at times. Therefore, we created the 'Happy Carers' Facebook Group to provide information, support and events for carers. 

We have organised Dim Sum Soft Meal Cooking Workshop, for colleagues to cook for their loved ones with chewing or swallowing difficulties, and Gerontech and Innovation Expo Guided Tour, alongside lunchtime seminars such as Elderly Care & 'Three Blessings' Seminar, introducing practical ways to integrate modern technology and create advance care plan, enhancing quality of life for both seniors and caregivers.
