Volunteering

Under the fifth wave of pandemic, school closures made it difficult for low-income families’ children to keep up with their English learning. Kerry Engagement partnered with Hong Kong Federation of Women's Centres to organise online teaching sessions for children from low-income families.

The 2-month program gathered 29 warmhearted Jigsaw volunteers, who spent 45 minutes each week to help these primary school children develop their interest in English through a fun and engaging way! Each volunteer is paired with 1 to 2 children, making learning more effective based on the kids' progress and personality.
