The 3rd Kerry Cooking Challenge has returned this year with the theme of green eating, with the objective to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
The challenge invited colleagues to share their homemade green recipes and the cooking inspirations behind it. After considering the presentation, creativity and inspiration, guest judge Chef Daniel, former Executive Chef from Kowloon Shangri-La Shang Palace selected 10 dishes to enter the final stage of the competition. The finalists' works were then voted by colleagues to win the Most Popular Recipe Award and Food for Thought Award. In the end, all entries were compiled into Kerry Vegetarian Cookbook.
