Challenge Details
Submission deadline: 7 June 2021  

Definition of food waste
• Food that would normally be trashed (e.g. fruit and vegetable peels, shrimp shells, fish bones, bread crust)
• Leftover food from last meal  

Judging Criteria
40%  Environmental Friendliness (based on the ratio of using fresh ingredients and food waste)
30%  Creativity (based on the orginality of your recipe)
30%  Presentation (based on your submitted photos)

10 Most Creative Recipe Award - $300 HKTV Mall Voucher
1 Most Popular Recipe Award - $500 Shangri-La Coupon

Kowloon Shangri-La Shang Palace Executive Chef Daniel will be the judge for selecting 10 most creative recipes. Amongst the 10 recipes, colleagues will vote for the most popular recipe award.
