• Food that would normally be trashed (e.g. fruit and vegetable peels, shrimp shells, fish bones, bread crust)

40% Environmental Friendliness (based on the ratio of using fresh ingredients and food waste)
30% Creativity (based on the orginality of your recipe)
30% Presentation (based on your submitted photos)
