Spend your lunchtime with us to learn more about pain management! This workshop will be hosted by a professional sport coach to share practical tips on reducing body pain and stress through stretching exercises and a simple tool, like a towel.

Venue: Multi-function Room, 3/F, Kerry Centre, Quarry Bay
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing, sneakers are preferred
Content: Led by a professional sport coach. Participants will be able to learn more about pain management and stretch different body parts to reduce body aches and stress.
- The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
- If the number of participants exceeds the quota (25 participants per session), we will allocate spots by drawing lots.
